Durian ice cream
Overview
Durian ice cream is my favorite, bar none! Durian is a fruit rich in nutrients, but its smelly smell makes some people refuse to care about it. As a result, those who love durian love it so much that they never feel satisfied after eating it, while those who hate it hate it to death and are unwilling to smell the smell even when they watch others eat it. I am one of those people who loves durian. I always like to use durian to make ice cream in the summer. Although I also make many other flavors of ice cream, durian ice cream is my favorite. I control myself every time, dig two balls and stop myself from eating them again. But when I can’t control myself, I often comfort myself by saying that I will eat another one and leave the weight loss tomorrow. The method of making ice cream with durian is also very simple, and very little sugar is used, because the durian itself is sweet enough, and after it is made into ice cream, even those who don't like durian can still accept this ice cream.

Ingredients
Steps
-
For ripe durian pulp, remove the core. Keep the durian in the refrigerator until it is relatively cool, so that the temperature is low and the butter will not melt when mixed with the cream later
-
Put the pulp and pure milk into the food processor together. The milk should also be refrigerated
-
Stir it into a puree. There is more meat and less milk, so the mixture will be very thick
-
Add honey and mix well
-
Put the light cream into an oil-free and water-free basin, add sugar
-
Beat until stagnant, that is, 6 portions. Do not stir the jelly, otherwise it will affect the taste
-
Pour the stirred durian puree into the cream
-
Fold the cake using the same technique as you would a cake
-
Just stir it evenly, don’t stir it too much
-
Pour the mixed batter into an airtight box and freeze in the refrigerator at low temperature. After one day of low-temperature freezing, I put it in the soft-freeze room and store it at minus 7 degrees. This way, I don’t need to take it out to rewarm it before eating, and I can dig it in and eat it. The softness and hardness are very suitable. If there is no soft freeze, you can take it out in advance and let it warm for about 10 minutes before eating. The taste will be best.

I’m not satisfied with two balls of ice cream at a time

This one comes with a piece of freeze-dried durian for my son to eat. He usually doesn’t like durian, but he likes durian ice cream and dried durian.
