Bird's Nest Stewed with Red Dates and Rock Sugar
Overview
The bird's nest was given to me by a friend when I had a minor surgery. Yesterday there were strong winds, wildfires were raging again, and the air quality was very poor. I couldn't go out, so I stewed a bowl of bird's nest at home to moisten it.
