Chicken Bone Luffa Soup
Overview
Today's loofah soup is made from home-raised free-range chickens. The meat is steamed, and the chicken feet, heads and necks are used to cook the soup. Because it is really painful to have no soup in summer.

Steps
-
Have all ingredients ready.
-
Peel and wash the loofah and cut into pieces.
-
Heat oil in a pan, add chicken bones and stir-fry for a few times, then add three large bowls of water, add ginger slices and bring to a boil over high heat.
-
After the water boils, cook for about ten minutes and then add the loofah.
-
After boiling again, add appropriate amount of salt. (Because it is homemade chicken, you don’t have to worry about the soup being too watery. You don’t need to add anything and it will be very sweet).
