Cut off the top of the pear and scoop out the core.

Put the pear into the baking bowl, then add the lily, wolfberry and rock sugar into the pear.

Fill 4 Sydney pears with water.

Put the steaming rack into the pot, and then pour water to the height of the steaming rack.

Place the baking bowl on the steam rack, cover the pot, and steam for 5-8 minutes or until the pears are soft.
