Fresh pork belly.

Cut into sections and put in cold water.

Cook and cool.

Pickle mustard seeds, soak in warm water for a day, change water in between, take out and cut into small pieces.

Chop onion and ginger.

Hot pan and cold oil.

Heat the oil and add peppercorns, green onions and ginger.

When the pickles are stir-fried for a few minutes, turn off the heat and add salt and chicken essence as appropriate.

Put the light soy sauce into a large bowl.

Place the meat slices and cover them evenly with soy sauce.

Place at the bottom of the bowl.

Add the excess pickles and top with the marinated meat slices in light soy sauce.

Put in steamer.

Bring to a boil over high heat and steam over medium heat for 1 hour.

Take the lid of the plate and put it on the steamed vegetables and turn it upside down.
