Overview
The fried chicken racks sold in the market are expensive and unhygienic. The oil has never been replaced. I have never wanted to buy and eat them since the last time I bought them. Now I miss the crispy texture a little bit, so I tried to make it myself, and it was pretty good. It tasted better than the ones I bought. ^_-
