A quick and easy meal-in-one recipe: barbecue rice
Overview
I have always said that I would summarize some quick recipes that combine meals. This is the second one. It is especially suitable for comrades who have an oven and love to eat meat, and working people who are tight on time. If the utensils or materials are not available, other alternatives are also provided. All in all, it’s a delicious quick dish~

Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut the pork into finger-sized cubes. If it’s too big, it won’t be easy to mix with the rice, and if it’s too small, it will get burnt easily~
-
If there is barbecue sauce, marinate it with the sauce. If not, let’s make it ourselves~ Add cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, sugar, five-spice powder, etc. to a large bowl and make a sauce. Then marinate the meat pieces in the sauce. If you need to keep it overnight, seal it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator~
-
When you get back from get off work the next day, or two hours later, spread the marinated barbecue on the baking sheet~
-
Put it in the oven~because the meat is thin and small, it bakes quickly. My box is very powerful, just 10 minutes. If you don’t have an oven at home, just fry or stir-fry!
-
While grilling, chop the vegetables ~ you can actually choose any type of vegetables. I chose tomatoes and cucumbers because they have beautiful colors and can be eaten directly without frying or blanching.
-
After the barbecue is done, place all the vegetables on the rice, and a full meat and vegetable meal is ready! Mix and eat~~
