Lemon Cookies
Overview
Does anyone like the refreshing scent of lemon as much as I do? This biscuit is not too sweet, tastes sweet and sour, and has a fresh lemon aroma. It is best paired with a cup of black tea! Wash the lemon with salt, peel off the peel, remove the white part inside the peel, leaving only the yellow peel part and cut into pieces.

Squeeze out 15 grams of lemon juice.

Add 45 grams of powdered sugar.

Finally stir until there is no dry powder.

Wrap the mixed cookie batter in plastic wrap.

Place into the mold, shape, and freeze in the refrigerator for an hour and a half until the dough is frozen solid.

After freezing, take out the cubes and cut into 5 mm slices.

Place in the middle rack of the preheated oven and bake at 175 degrees for about 15 minutes. When the surface of the biscuits is colored, take them out of the oven.
