Abalone with flower kernels and green onions

Abalone with flower kernels and green onions

Overview

I made it during breakfast time, so I was in a hurry, so the photos taken with my cell phone are not very clear, so I apologize. This dish uses less oil, and the abalone is purchased live and frozen for later use. It tastes delicious, and there is no need to add any freshness-enhancing agents such as chicken essence, MSG, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. My family basically doesn’t use chicken essence, MSG, oyster sauce and light soy sauce, I just use table salt. I usually use broccoli as the base for this dish. This morning I didn’t have broccoli at home but I had tender pumpkin, so I got creative and cut it into shreds to make the base. It was very delicious.
