Add sugar to milk and heat over low heat. Add gelatine sheets that have been soaked in cold water until soft, heat and melt, then turn off the heat. Add coconut milk and fresh cream, mix well, let cool slightly and set aside.

Find a suitable container, cover it with plastic wrap, pour in the cooled mixed liquid, put it in the refrigerator, and refrigerate it for more than 4 hours, until it is completely solidified

After solidification, take out the custard, tear off the plastic wrap, cut into small pieces, wrap in coconut, and serve on a plate
