Ingredients: 100g low-gluten flour, 70g butter, 30g powdered sugar, 1.25ml vanilla extract, 1g salt, 20g coarse sugar

Add low-gluten flour to the basin first, then add powdered sugar, salt, and vanilla extract.

Take out the butter and soften it naturally

Cut the butter into small pieces and set aside

Add butter to flour

Keep kneading the dough with your hands until the butter and flour are completely combined

Stop when the dough is completely integrated and the surface is a little moist to the touch

Knead the dough by hand into a cylindrical strip of about 3cm

Sprinkle coarse sugar on the chopping board, roll the long dough on the sugar, so that the surface of the dough is evenly covered with coarse sugar

Wrap the dough covered with coarse sugar in plastic wrap and put it in the freezer of the refrigerator for about an hour

Take out the frozen dough, let it sit for a while, then cut it into 1cm rounds with a knife
