Doraemon Cream Layer Cake
Overview
I like Fatty Blue. I want to follow the trend, make a small cake, and pursue my youth. This is made with a six-inch chiffon cake. For the specific recipe and preparation of the cake, please see my previous recipe.

Steps
-
A six-inch chiffon cake is ready
-
Divided into two horizontally
-
Prepare the whipped cream and diced mango
-
Add 15g sugar to 150g whipping cream
-
Use an electric egg beater at low speed to beat out obvious texture and not flow
-
First spread a layer of whipped cream on the bottom cake, then evenly spread the diced mango
-
Spread whipped cream evenly on top of the diced mango
-
Spread the upper cake layer
-
Apply light cream evenly on the outside. It doesn’t matter if the surface is not smooth or delicate
-
Use a clean toothpick to draw Doraemon's face on the surface, and draw whatever expression you want
-
Put 150 grams of whipping cream and 15 grams of sugar into a bowl, use an electric egg beater at low speed to beat until texture is not flowing
-
Put a small piping tip into a piping bag, take an appropriate amount of whipped cream, cover the unused whipped cream with plastic wrap, and store it in the refrigerator
-
Follow the pre-drawn outline and frame the face and eyes with white cream
-
Take a little yellow coloring and mix the light cream into yellow
-
Take a little more red coloring and mix it into red cream
-
Frame the nose, mouth, neck rope and small bell respectively
-
Add blue coloring to the remaining whipped cream and beat evenly
-
Take an appropriate amount and put it into a piping bag. No need to cover the rest with plastic wrap and store it in the refrigerator
-
Frame other parts according to the outline
-
Take an appropriate amount of chocolate sauce and put it into a piping bag
-
Draw the outline lines of each part
-
Look, the clever and naughty Doraemon is here
-
I really can’t bear to cut it off

After eating Doraemon, I became much smarter
