Overnight Oats

Overnight Oats

Overview

This is actually nothing, everyone can do it, I just want to put it up. If you make this oatmeal at night, you can sleep a little longer in the morning and don't have to get up so early. Oats can be added with various fruits (bananas, strawberries, kiwis, pineapples, blueberries, raspberries, etc.), various types of dried fruits (raisins, wolfberries, dates, almonds, walnut kernels, melon seeds, sesame seeds, etc.), and flavor-enhancing accessories (honey, honey, cinnamon powder, protein powder, vanilla extract, chocolate spread, peanut butter, etc.)

  3. First pour some milk and wait for ten minutes to completely soak it (it can be any milk, fresh milk, yogurt, pure milk, sweet milk or juice), and then I added a spoonful of cocoa powder.

  4. Soak instant oats and chia seeds and add a sliced ripe banana. My bananas were smaller, so I used a whole banana. (Banana must be ripe to moisturize the intestines, but eating it if it is not ripe is not good)

  5. I only have dried cranberries and macadamia nuts on hand. I actually wanted to add some walnuts, but I was too lazy to peel them~ (You can add all kinds of fruits and dried fruits, you can add whatever you like)

  6. Add another instant oatmeal and spread a layer of shredded coconut on top. You don’t have to add it if you don’t have it. Then add appropriate amount of milk. Then put it in the refrigerator and take it out when you go out in the morning. I usually take it back to work to eat. By the time I get to work, the oatmeal is no longer so frozen, so if I eat it at this time, it won’t freeze to the stomach.
