  1. Cut off a small part of the top of the papaya, then use a small spoon to gently hollow out the seeds in the middle,

  2. Soak the fish gelatin powder in water; add sugar to the milk and coconut milk and heat over low heat (no need to boil, just warm); let cool and set aside.

  3. Gently pour the milk and coconut milk into the papaya, cover the top, wrap in plastic wrap, and put it in the refrigerator to cool for three or four hours (I made it at night so I left it overnight)
