Appropriate amount of fresh tofu

Heat the cold oil in a pan and fry the tofu until one side is slightly brown. Add a little salt. The fermented bean curd itself has salt. Be sure not to add too much salt

Add a tablespoon of fermented bean curd and stir-fry gently, don’t overcook it

Finally add the chopped green onion and take it out of the pot
