Crispy white fries
Overview
With the popularity of Dear Inn and seeing the daily love between Liu Tao and his wife, when the weather gets cold, I also make a snack for my dear, crispy sweet potato fries. Crispy sweet potato fries are made from white potatoes, which are then coated in fried flour and deep-fried in a pan until golden brown. They are crispy and delicious when you take them out, and they are a snack with no skills required. Crispier than potato fries (potato fries tend to be soft). White potato is a kind of sweet potato with white flesh. As the name suggests, it is called white potato. White potatoes are harder than sweet potatoes, more fragrant than white potatoes, and do not contain as much water as sweet potatoes. PS (Tips for selecting sweet potatoes): 1. When selecting sweet potatoes, do not eat those with black spots; 2. Do not eat sprouted sweet potatoes as they are prone to poisoning. 3. Choose one with glossy leather and no damage; 4. Choose long and uniform shape.

Wash the fresh sweet potatoes; hehe, the skin is sweet potato and the flesh is white, so it is called white potato.

Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into strips;

Cut white fries, sprinkle with salt and marinate for 10 minutes;

Coat the fried powder with appropriate amount of water, salt and five-spice powder and mix well to form a paste;

Add the fries and coat evenly with the batter;

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, the oil temperature is about 150 degrees, and add the French fries;

Fry until slightly brown and all the fries float to the surface and take them out; PS: Don’t fry too many at a time, I fried them three times.

Take it out, use kitchen oil-absorbing paper to absorb excess oil and enjoy.
