Boil water in a pot, add vermicelli and blanch for 2 minutes, remove and cut into pieces, and drain the water;

Pour oil into the pot and heat it up, add mushrooms and yuba and stir-fry until fragrant;

Add a small amount of stock (or water), salt, and chicken essence, bring to a boil and let the vermicelli soup dries up. Add black pepper powder and cucumber and stir-fry evenly, and that’s it!
