Kumquat preserves
Overview
Kumquats are a good thing. In cold freezes, kumquat can enhance the body's ability to resist colds and prevent colds. You must eat kumquats with the skin on, and the main thing you eat is the skin. Of course, if you don’t eat the skin, there’s nothing left to eat. But my little friend didn’t like it, so I made it into candied fruit. Although a lot of vitamin C was destroyed, the taste was sweet and the texture was soft and chewy, so it was quite popular.
