Wash the meat and cut into large pieces.

Marinate the pork with barbecued pork sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and minced ginger and garlic. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate for 1 day, which will add more flavor. You can take it out and stir it during this period.

Take out the marinated meat, preheat the oven to 220°C (5 minutes), place the meat on the grill grid and place it in the middle of the oven. Place a baking sheet under the grill grid and lay a layer of tin foil on the baking sheet to absorb the meat juices that drip down during the baking process. After baking for 20 minutes, take it out, brush both sides with sauce, turn over and bake for another 15 minutes.

After the roasted meat cools down slightly, slice it and put it on a plate. Add a little water starch to the remaining sauce and mix thoroughly. Reduce the sauce in a pot over high heat until it thickens, then pour it over the barbecued pork.
