Homemade Italian Tomato Sauce
Overview
I was about to post the recipe when I saw that there was a New Year event in Food World! I was thinking about sending this as a baking gift! After thinking about it, I decided to post it. Although this tomato sauce is not baked directly, it can be used to make delicious pizza. This pizza is baked in an oven! Moreover, this tomato sauce tastes great. It is safer and more hygienic than the ready-made sauce bought from outside. It is made from real ingredients! You can use it to make pizza and mix it with spaghetti! And this glowing look is so attractive and festive! Put it in a transparent glass jar and give it to relatives and friends, it is also super face-saving!

When the diced onions are sautéed until translucent, add the diced tomatoes and continue to stir-fry over medium heat

After stir-frying until the soup comes out, turn to low heat, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes, watching the soup at any time

When there is not much soup left, open the lid and pour in 20 grams of tomato sauce, which mainly serves to thicken the sauce and add some red color

Pour in the minced garlic and continue to stir-fry for about 3 minutes to allow the minced garlic to mature. Taste the flavor and add some salt

Before serving, sprinkle in an appropriate amount of basil. This is a must. Without its participation, this Italian tomato sauce will not be so authentic!

Put the tomato sauce in a small bowl, in a crisper, or in a glass bottle. It’s great for personal use or as a gift! It’s booming. It’s a warm-up for the New Year in December. It’s so festive!
