Grilled Oysters

Overview

The raw oysters outside are really delicious. I bought the oysters this time, but I was afraid that I wouldn’t be able to handle them properly, so I didn’t dare to eat them raw, so I decided to bake them until they were just raw, thus retaining the deliciousness of the raw oysters😋.

  1. Use a brush to clean the mud from the outside of the oysters.

  2. Use an oyster knife to open the oysters.

  3. Open all oysters and rinse them thoroughly.

  4. Crush the garlic into minced garlic, put it on the oysters, and add some rice wine to remove the fishy smell. Then put it in the oven, double tube 160 degrees, and bake for 7 minutes.

  5. After roasting, the oyster meat is just cut off and tastes as tender as raw oyster meat.
