Overview
Some time ago I made some homemade jam for my dad to eat and also kept some at home! Let’s have a jam cookie today! The taste is great, you should try it too!

Ingredients
Steps
-
After the butter has softened at room temperature, beat it with a whisk at low speed
-
Stir in the powdered sugar and mix slightly by hand, then turn to medium speed and mix evenly until it becomes fluffy
-
Beat the egg yolks, add a small amount at a time to the whipped butter, beat at medium speed evenly
-
Use a spatula to scrape the unbeaten butter from the sides of the bowl into the middle and continue beating evenly
-
Add the two mixed and sifted flours, use a spatula to mix the oil and flour evenly
-
Then use your hands to knead the dough into a ball
-
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes (did you see my orange jam, haha)
-
After taking out the dough, take a small piece and put it into the mold, press it with your fingers and make a small round dimple in the middle
-
Move the prepared biscuits to a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper, making sure to leave some space
-
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees for ten minutes, then bake on the middle shelf for twenty minutes
-
After taking it out of the oven, lift the parchment paper and transfer to the grill to cool
-
Let it cool and then fill it with your favorite jam in the center (I have homemade orange jam and grape jam here)
