Prepare the ingredients: rabbit meat, sliced ginger, sesame oil, soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, chicken essence (I forgot to take a photo of the seasoning here)

Pour sesame oil into the wok and sauté the ginger until fragrant

Add rabbit meat and stir-fry (you can stir-fry for a longer time until there is no moisture)

Add soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, and chicken essence in order (adjust according to your own taste)

Continue to stir-fry until brown, then pour into the electric pressure cooker (no need to add water)

Select meat button until cooked

Completed (delicious and easy to eat)
