Purple Sweet Potato Fruit Tart
Overview

After kneading the dough, place it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

After taking the dough out of the refrigerator, divide it into 6 equal small dough balls. Take a small piece of dough and roll it into a round shape, flatten it, put it into a muffin mold, and slowly push it up with your fingers according to the shape of the muffin mold until the dough is evenly thick and adheres to the muffin mold. Poke small holes at the bottom with a toothpick.

Place all 6 small dough balls in the mold according to the above method, preheat the oven, set the upper heat to 190 degrees, and lower the heat to 170 degrees. After preheating is completed, place the mold in the oven, bake for 18 minutes, take out and let cool.
