Half a dragon fruit can make a plate

Cut dragon fruit into cubes and place on a plate

Add yogurt, preferably to completely cover the dragon fruit

Add preserved fruits and oatmeal in turn

Finally add blueberries

When you start eating, this cereal is crispy, and the fruit is soft and smooth because of the addition of yogurt. It is much more delicious than eating it alone. I feel full after just one plate for dinner. If you want to eat something else, I suggest you share it with others, otherwise you really won’t have the stomach for anything else.
