  1. A small handful of celery, ingredients.

  2. Cut the celery into small pieces. The upper rhizome is thicker. Cut it vertically to make it almost the same width.

  3. Heat some oil in a pan and add a few Sichuan peppercorns. Since no other seasoning is needed, add a few Sichuan peppercorns to stir-fry to enhance the flavor.

  4. Add onion and minced garlic and saute until fragrant.

  5. Sauté the onion, garlic, celery, and stir-fry.

  6. Stir-fry over high heat for two to three minutes, add salt, turn to low heat, add a little water and continue to stir-fry.

  7. When it's almost out of the pan, add some chili pepper to garnish. If you like it spicy, you can put it with salt to make it more delicious.
