Pizza has always been one of my daughter's favorite Western desserts, and she has been spoiling it with me for a long time. I happened to buy Jenny's Crispy Sausage this time. It's a good choice for making pizza. I finally pulled the weeds on the weekend. I only ate one piece and the rest of the family shared it. It was really delicious and the bottom was crispy. I kneaded the pizza dough according to Lin Yuwei's usual pizza recipe, but the water content was very high and needed to be reduced appropriately.

First pour the liquid part of the ingredients into the bread bucket, then pour the salt, milk powder, whole wheat flour, and high-gluten flour into the bread bucket. Finally, add the yeast and start the dough kneading function of the bread machine.

After kneading the dough into a glove film, take it out in a bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it ferment until 2 to 2.5 times.

After the fermentation is completed, press the air gently, roll it into a ball again, divide it into 6 pieces, roll them into balls, cover them with plastic wrap and let them rest for 30 minutes

Use a rolling pin to completely roll it into a round shape, about 26cm in diameter, about the size of an 8-inch pizza pan. Use a toothpick or fork to poke some small holes in the bottom to prevent it from rising during baking. At the same time, I made two kinds of bottoms. The other is a thin one. I roll it out into a large round shape, which is larger than eight inches anyway. I use a gold basin and bake it in the oven at 190 degrees for 5 minutes. If not used temporarily, let it cool and freeze it.

Next, make the pizza. Cut all the ingredients in advance, slice the sausage, and drain it with kitchen paper.
