Coffee mousse cake
Overview
Today I mixed two kinds of coffee to make coffee mousse. If you like coffee, you will also like this mousse cake. The color of the coffee is simple. In order to not look too monotonous, I made a flower with chocolate to decorate it. It makes this plain cake look more beautiful and represents my mood like a flower!

Ingredients
Steps
-
I bought two boxes of white coffee. The taste was okay, but because it was two-in-one, the taste did not have a pure strong aroma, so I paired the two coffees together to make this cake. Both coffees are put into the bowl
-
Boil the milk and make coffee, stir well
-
Soak the gelatine sheets in cold water until soft
-
Stir thoroughly into the coffee milk to melt the gelatine, then let cool and set aside.
-
Add powdered sugar to whipped cream
-
Stir until it lifts up and has a triangular tip, which is like 8 minutes of whipping
-
Put the whipped cream into the coffee liquid
-
Stir evenly to form a coffee mousse liquid.
-
Cake slices, slightly smaller than the mold
-
Wrap the mold with tin foil to prevent the mousse liquid from flowing out, then pour the mousse liquid into it and refrigerate it for more than 4 hours to allow it to solidify
-
To make it look better, I handmade a flower and leaves out of chocolate to decorate it.
