Prepare ingredients: cut chicken breast into small pieces, blanch in water, remove and set aside; peel carrots and potatoes and cut into hob pieces; shred onions.

Put the oil in the pot and stir-fry the onions first.

Stir-fry potatoes and carrots again.

Add the chicken and add boiling water until even with the ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
