Avocado Baked Eggs
Overview
I have always liked avocado, usually eating it directly or making salads. I saw avocado cooked in some fancy recipes, so I wanted to try it.

Wash and core the avocado, beat the eggs with salt, pour the egg liquid into the core and put it in the oven.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes, spread with butter and sprinkle with Italian herbs, and bake for another 3 minutes. Don't make the egg liquid too full, otherwise it will overflow when baking.

The finished product looks beautiful, and I prefer the texture of it raw.
