Tuna and avocado rice balls
Overview
Because she is from the south, Huahua still prefers rice to pasta. Every time I travel, I try to make rice into various portable forms. Among them, sushi or rice balls are the best choices!

Rice balls are easier to make than sushi. Making rice is the same. Wash the sushi rice until the water no longer turns white, then steam it. When it is cooked, immediately pour in the sushi vinegar and mix well. If you don’t have sushi vinegar, just take white rice vinegar, sugar, and salt and adjust it to the right proportion for the taste. Add the rice, mix well, cover with a cloth, and let cool. The rice should not be too soft and the grains should be distinct.

Prepare avocado, lemon, tuna, sushi seaweed, black sesame
-
Avocado itself has no taste, but when paired with canned fish, salmon fillets, and barbecue, it can add flavor, smooth texture, and relieve greasiness, all of which are very delicious. Remove the pulp from an avocado, chop it into pieces with a knife or spoon, add the juice of 1/4 lemon, and mix well to slow down oxidation.
-
For canned fish, buy the ones soaked in water, not the ones soaked in oil, as they are very greasy.
-
Chopped avocado
-
Chopped tuna
-
A tablespoon of mayonnaise, which is salad dressing, then a little bit of mustard, add a little bit of salt, mix evenly
-
Wet your hands, take a piece of rice, flatten it on your hands to make it thin, then put a spoonful of sauce, put a piece of rice on top, and wrap the sauce inside
-
Press and hold gently repeatedly, being careful not to squeeze out the sauce, and then adjust the shape on the board
-
Finally, wrap a piece of seaweed and sprinkle some black sesame seeds

There are leftover ingredients every time after making. Huahua has two ways to make it. One is to roll sushi, which I have taught in detail before. The second one is super simple. Cover the rice with the sauce, sprinkle with chopped seaweed and sesame seeds, pour a little Japanese soy sauce, and mix it to eat!

One rice ball per meal, very convenient!
