  1. Remove the scales and internal organs of the pointed fish, clean it and set aside.

  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the pointed fish in a flat layer.

  3. Fry until one side is set and then flip.

  4. After frying both sides of the fish until golden brown, add the fish roe and fry it, then add appropriate amount of shredded ginger and garlic.

  5. Add appropriate amount of boiling water.
