Wash the red dates and soak them in water for 30 minutes. Use a small fruit knife to cut them from one side and remove the core. Be careful when cutting.

According to the size of the dates, roll the dough into a shape that is twice the size of the date core, add the cut dates and pinch gently.

The diameter of the dough does not need to be too large, otherwise it will explode when cooked. If it is too long to put in the jujube, you can break it off and make it flush with the edge of the jujube

Put enough water in the milk pot to cover the red dates, add a few rock sugar and bring to a boil.

After boiling, add the wrapped glutinous rice and dates, cook over medium-low heat until crystal clear, turn off the heat for about 10 minutes. During this period, you need to observe the amount of water. If there is too little water, it will easily burn.
