Crispy bamboo shoots
Overview
That day I went out to the vegetable market and came home. I met an old man selling small wild bamboo shoots on the road in the community. I liked it and bought a handful. When I get home and look at these little bamboo shoots, what should I do? What to stir up? Make soup? Make a cold dish? Yes, try it as a cold dish! Later, it turned out that my original decision was quite wise, haha...haha...!
