Overview
The squid, lotus root and lotus root soup contains dried squid and bones. When it is cooked, the whole building is filled with fragrance. If you don’t like the smell of squid, you can omit the squid. Others remain unchanged. If you can't buy wild rice, you can use other ingredients instead. Carrots or water chestnuts are fine.
