Prepare ingredients

Wash the fungus, slice the green bamboo shoots and shiitake mushrooms, slice the garlic, and cut the pepper into sections

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan and heat until it is 50% hot. Saute the garlic slices and chili until fragrant

Add mushrooms and fungus and stir-fry for two minutes

Add green bamboo shoots and stir-fry together

Pour in a little water, add 1/3 teaspoon chicken powder and 1/3 teaspoon salt to taste
