Chixin sweet potato balls
Overview
Sweet potatoes are rich in more than 10 kinds of trace elements such as starch, dietary fiber, carotene, and linoleic acid. They have high nutritional value and are called the most balanced health food by nutritionists. This year my hometown has a bumper harvest of sweet potatoes, and the elderly at home have sent a lot of them, so I’m trying to find a way to solve the problem. The Chixin Sweet Potato Balls I made this time are eaten as snacks. They taste sweet and soft.
