King Oyster Mushroom in Oyster Sauce

Ingredients required: Pleurotus eryngii, oyster sauce; extremely fresh, olive oil.

Slice the king oyster mushroom crosswise into thick slices.

Use two chopsticks and cut the king oyster mushroom slices into diamond shapes, cutting both sides.

Heat oil in a pan over medium-low heat and fry the king oyster mushroom until soft.

Take a small bowl, pour in oyster sauce, cooking oil and a little water to make a bowl of juice.

Fry the king oyster mushroom until both sides are golden brown and feel soft.

Pour the juice into the bowl and turn to low heat.

The soup can be reduced to dryness.
