  1. Ingredients needed: quinoa, eggs, endive, red cabbage, cherry tomatoes, apples, salad dressing.

  2. Wash the quinoa and soak it for one hour.

  3. Timer the water to boil for 15 minutes.

  4. Drain off the water and let cool naturally.

  5. Cut endive into sections.

  6. Cut purple cabbage into thin strips, the thinner the better.
