Ingredients needed: quinoa, eggs, endive, red cabbage, cherry tomatoes, apples, salad dressing.

Wash the quinoa and soak it for one hour.

Timer the water to boil for 15 minutes.

Drain off the water and let cool naturally.

Cut endive into sections.

Cut purple cabbage into thin strips, the thinner the better.

Wash and dehydrate with a dehydrator (if you don’t have a dehydrator, wash and drain the water early).

Boil the eggs and set aside.

Add the cooled quinoa to the vegetables and other ingredients and mix well.

Drizzle with salad dressing and serve.
