Orleans roast duck leg
Overview
The duck legs are roasted by yourself. They are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Roast them as you like. They are super delicious Orleans-style!

Wash the duck legs and drain them, put them into a basin, add a little salt and cooking wine and marinate for 20 minutes

While the duck legs are marinating, adjust Orleans seasoning

Then pour the ingredients into the duck legs and refrigerate for 12-24 hours to taste (turn several times in the middle)

Then take it out, score it, put it in the baking pan, preheat the oven at 230℃ for 30 minutes, then it will be crispy on the outside and tender on the inside (remember to brush Orleans juice or barbecue seasoning twice in the middle). My baby doesn’t eat spicy food, so I only brushed it with sauce
