Barbecued Pork and Green Beans

Stir-fried green beans with slightly fatter barbecued pork is a delicious quick side dish that is nutritious, delicious and goes well with rice.

Main ingredients: green beans, barbecued pork

Slice the barbecued pork, slice the garlic, and cut the dried chilies into small pieces (I forgot to take a photo of the dried chilies)

Pick the beans, wash them and break them into small pieces.

Add cooking oil to the pot, add green beans and stir-fry

Stir-fry until the green beans are wrinkly and cooked, remove and set aside.

Leave a little oil in the pot, add garlic slices and chili segments and stir-fry until fragrant.

Stir-fry until fragrant and add the sliced barbecued pork.

Stir-fry until the fat of the barbecued pork becomes transparent and oily.

Add the stir-fried green beans.

Stir well and add appropriate amount of salt, 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce and a little pepper.
