Chrysanthemum and snow pear soup
Overview
I saw this special autumn lung-nourishing soup, chrysanthemum and snow pear soup, on TV a few days ago. The explanation said why it is special. It means peeling the pears and then boiling them with the pear cubes. The water should be warm. I will learn to make it today.
