Memories from my childhood----Fragrant lotus root clips

Overview

When I was a child, when autumn came, I would clamor for my mother to make me lotus root sandwich. The lotus root was powdered, the meat was fragrant, and my mouth was filled with the taste of happiness. Now that I have grown up and miss my mother, I will do it myself. The autumn season is when fresh lotus roots are in season. When the weather is dry, eating some lotus root can nourish yin and clear away heat, moisturize dryness and quench thirst, clear the heart and calm the mind. This dish is very simple, convenient and affordable!
