  1. Wash and cut the spareribs into pieces and set aside

  2. Heat the pot until there is no water. Pour in 50G oil and heat. Add white sugar and stir-fry for a while until the temperature rises. Add the bones and garlic (beat them flat) and stir-fry together.

  3. Stir-fry until the meat turns white and there is no blood, then add a small amount of boiled water and 2 drops of white vinegar (a small amount of white vinegar is used to boil out calcium from the bones to make the meat more tender), cover and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.

  4. Open the lid, add white vinegar, appropriate amount of salt and quickly stir-fry evenly and then remove from the pot
