Homemade lunch meat
Overview
Losing weight recently is an extremely cruel thing for foodies. But for the sake of beauty, nothing else matters, just control your dinner. I still want to eat meat for lunch, but I want to eat leaner meat, meat that doesn’t need to be fried in oil, and meat that can be eaten in large chunks to satisfy my cravings. So, this lunch meat was born. It’s super simple. Check it out if you like it:

Steps
-
Put the pork into a meat grinder and puree it (it needs to be very fine), otherwise it will not be smooth and firm.
-
Buy ready-made lunch meat packets online (the taste is the same as that of canned food. This packet can make 2 to 2 and a half kilograms of meat. If the stuffing tastes different from the canned stuffing, mix the stuffing yourself and add an appropriate amount of salt, 95 grams of starch, 5 grams of red yeast powder, an appropriate amount of five-spice powder and chicken essence, an appropriate amount of white sugar, onion and ginger, and 150 grams of water to mix the meat filling.)
-
Pour 105g of the package (half) into the meat filling
-
Add 150 grams of water, stir the meat filling vigorously with your hands, and beat it a few times.
-
Prepare a heat-resistant container and apply a layer of oil with a brush.
-
Pour the meat stuffing in, spread it out to a thickness of about 6 to 7 cm, cover the surface with plastic wrap, pour cold water into the steamer, put the steam on the steamer, and let it mature for 30 minutes.
-
Take it out of the pan and let it cool, it must be completely cool.
