Nuomi Ci
Overview
If the glutinous rice cakes are not finished, remember to wrap them in plastic wrap before putting them in the refrigerator, otherwise they will become hard! The cooked dough is not easy to wrap, but you don’t have to worry about the appearance, because there will be a layer of crushed peanuts wrapped on the outside. If there are no crushed peanuts, shredded coconut or sesame seeds will also be delicious. (^_^)

Ingredients
Steps
-
Mix glutinous rice flour, coconut flour (you can also use it if you don’t have it), and cornstarch (if you like it sweet, you can add some sugar in moderation)
-
Add milk or water and stir until it forms a straight line.
-
Find a deeper plate, apply a little vegetable oil on the bottom and around the plate, and pour the paste
-
Steam over high heat for about 20 minutes. You can use chopsticks to test if it's cooked halfway through.
-
Grease a cutting board with oil, place the steamed dough on it and let it dry until warm.
-
Form the bean paste filling into a ball and put the crushed peanuts on a plate and set aside
-
Take an appropriate amount of dough and wrap it in bean paste, then roll it in crushed peanuts and it’s ready!
