Salted duck eggs stuffed with glutinous rice

I saw someone selling it on WeChat, so I made it myself and tried it. It tasted pretty good, haha. I’m not humble at all😛

Soak the glutinous rice for more than three hours in advance, add light soy sauce, chicken essence, oil and mix well, then sprinkle some Sanbaoma black sesame powder to enhance the flavor

Pour in the ingredients and stir

Mix well

Crack the duck egg shell, pour out the separated egg liquid, leaving the yolk

Put the mixed glutinous rice stuffing into the duck eggs
