Preserved egg and lean meat porridge is my favorite porridge. Today's recipe is very simple. It uses olive vegetables for seasoning. The porridge is very fragrant and simple to make. It can be done in minutes with no cooking skills.

Wash the rice with clean water.

Put water in the pot and add rice. I use pure lean cooked meat and cut it into small slices. After boiling over high heat, turn to low heat and simmer slowly.

Simmer until the soup gradually thickens and add the olives.
