Wash the egg shells, break them into a bowl, and stir evenly. Wash the radish and cut into thin strips. Peel and chop the garlic.

After preheating the wok, add an appropriate amount of oil. When the oil temperature rises, pour in the egg liquid and stir-fry until it forms lumps.

Transfer to a bowl and set aside.

Add a little more oil to the wok again and fry the garlic until fragrant.

Pour in shredded radish.

Stir-fry for a few times, then add salt, Nande, and light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Stir-fry until the radish shreds are ripe. Add in the egg cubes and stir-fry until the vegetables are cooked through.
