Stir-fried chicken hearts with cumin and green pepper
Overview
After much begging, green peppers were restocked today. If we don’t speculate now, when will we wait? Let’s get rid of the leftover chicken hearts from the previous barbecue in the refrigerator!

As shown in the picture, the required amount is one-half minced garlic, one-third minced onion, and one-third minced ginger.

Cut the chicken hearts in half, wash them clean, marinate them with cooking wine, salt and cornstarch for 20+ minutes.

Cut the green pepper into pieces or strips according to personal preference.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the minced ginger, onion and garlic.

Add the marinated chicken hearts and stir-fry for a while until cooked.

Add cumin powder, I only have so much left at home, otherwise I can add a little more. . Continue to stir-fry. Chicken hearts are internal organs and must be cooked before eating, otherwise you may get sick.

Only put the chicken hearts on the plate. There is still oil in the pot. If it is not enough, add a little more oil.

Add the green pepper, stir-fry for about half a minute, and add an appropriate amount of salt. Stir fry for another half minute.

When the green pepper changes color slightly (softens), add the chicken hearts and continue to stir-fry for about one minute.

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce. Add two drops of dark soy sauce to adjust the color. Add chicken essence.
